Curator profiles and rankings

Win rate, Wilson ranking, public records, and curator-only leaderboard earnings.

Win rate

A curator's public win rate is:

funded eligible selections / all eligible non-self selections

Only settled epochs contribute to the historical record. The raw funded and total counts remain visible so that a short record can be distinguished from a long one.

Ranking

The leaderboard does not sort by raw percentage alone. It uses the lower bound of a 95% Wilson score interval.

This prevents a new curator with 2 funded / 2 selections from automatically outranking a curator with a proven 63 / 100 record. As the sample grows, the ranking becomes more confident in the observed win rate.

The public percentage is still the ordinary win rate. Wilson score is used only for ordering.

A curator's rank is their position on the curator leaderboard, ordered by Wilson score.

Earnings shown on the leaderboard

Leaderboard earnings are lifetime curator rewards from settled epochs. They do not include rewards the same person earned as an author.

The private Me profile can show the user's combined lifetime rewards across both roles. This is why a user's total in their own profile can be larger than the amount shown on the curator leaderboard.

Public curator profiles

Public curator profiles can show:

  • Farcaster identity;
  • rank and historical win rate;
  • lifetime curator earnings;
  • current curation power;
  • recent selections and funded outcomes.

They deliberately do not expose private wallet lists or another user's claimable balance.
